Designed and installed a new HVAC system in an existing sanctuary that was being converted into two floors of classrooms. The system design allowed flexibility for individual classroom control to provide either heating or cooling.
The installation included an air-cooled chiller, two natural gas boilers, fifty-six fan coil units, air handlers, pumps, piping, a ventilation system, controls, ductwork, and all insulation and ancillary devices.
