Replaced the hotel’s original 40+ year old wooden cooling tower with a 250-ton Marley Primus tower. For leak prevention and durability, this tower has a one-piece, non-corrosive rotomolded polyethylene fan cylinder/distribution basis. Work included dismantling and removing the existing tower and properly disposing of all asbestos-containing material. A new tower support structure was fabricated and installed along with new schedule 40 PVC supply and return water piping, electrical branch circuitry, and make-up water and drain line piping.
